How I Use It in My Healing Practice
When I’m working with clients — whether in person here in Dublin or during remote sessions — I often bring in the energy of the Fruit of Life when someone is ready to reclaim their divine blueprint.
This symbol is like a tuning fork for your soul. It helps realign your energy field, clear distortions, and activate your light body. I’ve seen it bring people back into harmony with their purpose, especially when they’ve been feeling lost, scattered, or disconnected.
Here’s a little practice you can try at home:
Fruit of Life Activation
- Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed.
- Print or draw the Fruit of Life (or just gaze at it on your screen).
- Place your hands over your heart, close your eyes, and take a few deep breaths.
- Visualize the symbol spinning gently in front of you, radiating golden-white light.
- Ask your Higher Self: “What part of me is ready to be remembered and reawakened?”
- Sit in stillness and receive. Journal what comes through.
This is a beautiful way to reconnect with your soul’s original essence.
